When a team scores, the opposition should look to counter attack quickly via the goalkeeper. The team who has just conceded must swap one player with player waiting in central zone quickly to avoid overloads whereas it will offer a chance to counter attack quickly for other team.
2. Progress - when a team scores, nearest man from defending team can take a ball from the central zone and restart play quickly to start a counter attack and look to score quickly.
Coaching Points: Look to score/create chances quickly - move ball and tempo of play. Stretch opposition with runs in behind - arc runs to stay onside. Forward positive play/thinking. Be creative on the ball.
