To Start the Coach passes the ball to a player in any grid.
The players must stay within their designated grid.
The attacking players must keep possession to play through the opponents grid to their teammates in the opposite grid. The defending players must stop the ball from being played through their grid. If they win the ball, they become the attacking team.
Progression:
An attacking player can enter the defending teams grid as an extra support option.
Key Points
1. Pressure. (Closest player to the ball) Body position, angle of approach (force in), side on/low, pace (fast/slow), distance, can you affect the ball?
3. Cover. (2nd Player) Distance and angle, close and intercept forward pass.
4. Balance. (3rd Player)
5. Communication.

To Start the Server must pass the ball to the attacking team.
The attacking team must create opportunities for an attempt on goal.
The defending team must prevent attempts on goal, if they win the ball they must dribble through the 2 gates or pass to the Server for 1 point.
Progression
Rotate players as needed.
Server can join the attack.

To Start an attacking player has a 'poor effort' on goal and the GK is able to catch the ball. The team playing out of the back must keep possession and attempt to either dribble the ball through the gates or pass the ball to the Servers for 1 point. The team defending from the front, must prevent the team in possession from moving the ball into zone 2. Once the defending team win possession they can go towards goal.

1. When to Press, when to hold. (See 'Line of confrontation').
2. Force the players inside, into Cover.
3. Compactness. (Distances).
4. Prevent the ball from moving forward.
5. Communication.
