Each player with a ball
Instructions:
1. Astronauts try and explore all the corners of the universe.
2. Aliens use their blasters (soccer balls) to hit astronaut's rockets.
3. If you are hit by an Alien, you must then pick the ball (blaster) up and become an Alien yourself.
Coaching Points:
1. Change in speed - run fast when there's open space
2. Vision - Keep your eyes on the Aliens to better avoid their blasters
3. Small / Messi touches - Keep your shuttle close to you as you dribble away from the Aliens and avoid their blasters
4. Ball Control - Keep your shuttle close to you as you dribble it away from the Aliens. Place the sole of your foot on top of your shuttle if you think an Alien is coming too close to your shuttle, and protect it by shielding it away from their blasters.

Organization:
25 x 25 grid; 5 x 5 box in the middle
8 balls in the 5 x 5 box
Instructions:
1. All the planets (balls) are endangered from becoming lost in space. Emperor Zog (coach) is trying to release them out into space by throwing them out of the milky way (center area).
2. Buzz Lightyears (players) have to save all the planets from becoming lost in space and bring them back to the milky way before they drift out to past the red cones.
3. Emperor Zog is clever though, and he likes to trick the Buzz lightyears by throwing the planets far and fast away from the milky way and sometimes they hit asteroids on the way and start bounce up and down (coaches bounce the ball).
4. One minute games. Players must try to keep at least two balls in the milky way. Once there is 1 ball left coach stops time and encourages to increase their group time by 15/30 seconds for the next round.
5. P1 - If the planets roll too far out they may be lost forever in space(red cones). Buzz Lightyear(s) must try to keep the planets from rolling to far out into space, otherwise game over.
Coaching Points:
1. Change in speed - run fast to save the planets
2. Vision - Keep your eyes on the planets so that they don't get lost in space
3. Small / Messi touches - Keep the planet close to you as you dribble it back into the milky way.
4. Ball Control - Place the planet back into the milky way by putting your foot on top of it.
Progressions:
(P1) - If the planets roll too far out they may be lost forever in space(red cones). Buzz Lightyear(s) must try to keep the planets from rolling to far out into space, otherwise game over.
(P2) - Increase the pace of balls being sent out of the box.
