ORGANISATION: (20mins)
Pitch split into 4 or 5 or 6. If you have 16 players then have 4 teams of 4 with one team interchanging every 5 mins. If un-even numbers then may have to do some individual skill work and rotate every 2 mins.
Based on 5 per team we would have 3 Greens in central area. 5 Blues in one end and 5 Whites in the other.
Objective of exercise is for Blues to transfer the ball from end to end after 4 passes. Ball must not go above head height. Green must stop passes going through although start the practice on passive defending then progress on intercepting. 2 Greens go in to create a 5 v 2. If they win the ball 2 of the Blues go and create a 5v2 against the whites and the other 3 players go into the middle third.
Scoring: A point for every succesfull pass from end to end.
Coach the defenders pn how to cut angles
Coach the attacking team in terms to positioning and accuracy of passing.
