SET UP: Each player has a ball in area set alone with space to move. & coach with a timer.
AIM: Players to juggle the ball in different combinations for a set period of time
HOW: 2 tests of 2 minutes - TEST 1 juggling the ball with feet (both is allowed) only. TEST 2 - Is a combination juggle for 2 minutes with any part of the body.
EACH player gets 2 minutes for a test and has 2 attempts at each.
SCORING: You are recording ‘how’ many times the player has to re-set to start another juggling sequence in the allotted time of 2 minutes per combination ( for eg, if the player juggles the ball consistently for the 2 minutes without losing control the score will be 1 – if he loses control and has to re-start 2 times, the score will be 2 and so on)

SET UP: Use the rebound wall area and have a marker set up 5 metres from the wall and 4 passing arcs on each side of the markers at different angles and distances (must be consistent for each test) Square at 3 m, far at 15 m, off centre forward at 10 and away at 12m (as above)
AIM: Player to pass ball through the arc at different angles & distances
HOW: Players A & B have 4 balls at their feet and must play the 1st pass from the marker into the rebound wall, receive pass and on their 2ND touch hit 1 of the 4 targets using the same foot - repeat the process until all 4 balls been completed and all 4 targets been tested. Players are then to go to the other side of the wall and repeat process on left foot,and each players has 2 attempts with each foot.
SCORING: Scores will be marked for each target the player hits x 2 each combination

SET UP: 4 Markers on the wall at different heights (use chalk or different colured secured bibs) , a number of balls
AIM: Hit a specific target (in order) with a still ball from marker A (which is 15 metres from the wall) - (SAP make it 10 metres)
HOW: Player A has 4 balls at his feet, and from a stationey position have 1 strike at each target. with each foot.
TESTING SCORING: Player A has 4 strikes at each target with his right foot, the score sheet is marked with a cross IF they sucessfully HIT the target, 4 attempts each foot.

AIM: Hit a specific target (in order) with a bal received from a wide position marker A (which is 15 metres from the wall) - (SAP make it 10 metres)
HOW: Player A receives a pass from Player B, (then C) and has 1 touch to receive and MUST strike at the target on his 2nd touch. repeat process so player A has 4 strikes at the target with each foot.
TESTING SCORING: Player A has 4 strikes at each target with his right & left foot, the score sheet is marked with a cross IF they sucessfully HIT the target, 4 attempts each foot.

Running with the ball - timed
SET UP: A starting marker (1) is 15 metres from marker 2 and and further 15 metres from point 3, with a marker in betwen Point 2 & 3 at 7 metres.
HOW: Player A starts at Point 1 on the timers whistle, and RWB around the OUTSIDE of marker 2 and cuts the ball to run between Point 2 & 3, with a marker at 7 metres away which he must run around, when the player gets to Point 3 and STOPS the ball still, the timer will stop and that time is recorded.
The process is then repeated going the other way (starting at Point 3)
SCORING: This practice is timed,and the player gets 2 runs each way and each time is recorded. IF the player knocks over a marker or does not go around the markers a further 3 seconds willb e added to their time for each indiscretion.
