Organization:
*set up 2-4 soccer tennis fields (based on numbers)
*1 vs 1 per field
*each half 4x4 / 5x5 (depending on ability)
*use 2 mini pug nets together as additional tennis nets
Description:
*Players play 1v1 games of 2min
*3 touch max + 1 bounce
*tournament / ladder play - after 2min winners move up, losers move down

Organization:
*split field into zones using pillars as markers and cones for centre line (adjust size based on ability & number of players)
*defenders must stay on line (cannot tackle, just looking to intercept or force into mistake)
*attackers may move freely from zone to zone (only 1 attacker in each zone)
*stress the importance of social distancing and avoiding habits to break 3m distance
Description:
*attacking team get 3 opportunities to score on opposition
*attackers can only dribble past a line if there is no defender on it, otherwise attackers must break lines with passes
*attackers can score from any zone
*if defenders win the ball - that opportunity is dead and attackers must restart from their own goal with a new ball
*swap attackers after every 3 attacking opportunities
Progressions:
*1 touch in final attacking zone
*1 touch finish to score
*ball cannot stop rolling
*limit touches

Organization:
*Split into 2 teams
*Goalkeepers in nets if available
*Poles to mark spot where players need to shoot before
Description:
*White team dribble with ball and must shoot before passing the red cones
*Blue team dribble with ball and must shoot before passing the blue cones
*First to 5 goals wins (make it a competition!)
*Shooting off the dribble
Options:
1. Have set goalkeepers in net (swap if needed)
2. After each player shoots they become GK (must alternate - both teams cannot go at same time)
3. Set cones in corners and pinnies on top corners for points (must be between post & cone for point)

Organization:
*Split players into two teams
*Choose a distance for players to strike the ball towards their net (just in front of half, between 2 pillars)
*Ensure players are maintaining 3m distance
Description:
*Each team tries to strike the ball and hit the crossbar
*Players on each team alternate, but both teams can shoot at same time
*First to 5 crossbars wins!
If players are struggling with this, add in the ability to hit the posts (must be in air, can only bounce once, etc. based on ability)

Description:
*Players run only in their own channel
*Players run to the end of their channel then cycle to the right and proceed back down that channel
