Orientation game 7 vs 4 + 3 Players play a game with the area divided into two parts with neutral side zones where there are defensive or offensive side players. The aim of the team in possession of the ball that keep the ball in possession in their half playing 7 vs 4; Opposite possession players aim to win the ball back and play across to their half and then keep the ball playing 7 vs 4
Points are scored for every time a team gets the ball from one side of the grid to the other.
When team in possession loses the ball only 4 players can then enter the opposition half to try and win the ball back.
Coaching points:
Fast transition when losing and winning the ball.
Out of possession players to pick up quickly once they have lost the ball and reduce options for team in possession to enable quick win back of the ball.
