Organization: 3 areas of 10x15, cones, hurdles , rings, pylons, nets
Warm up- 5m: Stretches- follow the coach, toe touch/ reach up, bunny hops, helicopter twists, fast feet....
Instructions:
Activity 1- 7min: Agility run, use rings, hurdles, pylons for the finish, continual run with coaches directing players as needed.
Activity 2- 7min: U 4 Players dribble around and pick up cones by colour specified by the coach and drop them in the tote. Coach can remove cones and scatter again to keep the activity going.
U3 players do the same starting without a ball.
Activity 3- 7min: Players dribble through pylons and finish on goal. Repeat in the other direction.
Progression- player knocks down a pylon and then finish on goal, coach stands up pylons as they play.
Final Game- 5min: Play red light/green light with both ages.

Instructions:
Activity 1- 7min: Agility run, use rings, hurdles, poles and flags for the finish, continual run with coaches directing players as needed. After a few times have races.
Activity 2- 7min: Players follow the coach dribbling down the road and finish shooting on goal, retrieve the ball and go to the coach to toss and catch.
Activity 3- 7min: Players try to knock down the bowling pins by kicking the ball at them..
Final Game- 5 min: What time is it Mr Wolf with both ages

Organization: Cones, hurdles, nets as shown on areas of 15x15
Warm up- 5m: Stretches- follow the coach, toe touch/ reach up, bunny hops, helicopter twists, fast feet....
Instructions: Race car day
Activity 1- 7min: Agility run, use rings, hurdles, pylons, continual run with coaches directing players as needed.
Activity 2- 7min: Players follow the coach dribbling around the race track. Stop players with commands"rev your engine (fast feet)" "put on your breaks (soccer pose)", "get gas (high 5 a coach)" . Run for a few minutes then change the direction.
Activity 3- 7min: Players dribble down the road, staying between the cones and finish on goal and repeat in the opposite direction.
Final Game- 7min: U3- red light green light with a ball, players do soccer pose on red light.
U4 split players up and play 2v2 or 3v3.

Week 1 (45 mins)
Week 1 will be uniform handout, set up in front of the bleaches on the field. As players get their uniforms take them out to the field and start them in an area.
Organization: Split the field up as shown;
Area 1 10x15, Area 2 15x20, Area 3 10x15
Instructions;
Area 1- Agility
Area 2 - Dribbling and finishing
Area 3- Dribble and catch the coach ( hit the coach with a pass).
Final game- Finish with both ages playing red light/green light.
