Warm up

Very basic warm up but a lot of players still struggle making a 5,10,15 yard straight passes

In between every 3 sets have players do a bit of conditioning (suicides, sprints)

The basics and little stuff are what count the most

Make sure players lock ankle when they strike the ball, follow through correctly and planting foot is supporting

Players are always on their toes ready to receive the ball

5-10-15 passing

5 yards away passing (1 minute x 4 times) EX: 2 minutes 1 touch and 2 minutes 2 touch = 4 minutes

2 touch then proceed to 1 touch

10 yards away passing (1 minute x 4 times)

2 touch then proceed to 1 touch

15 yards away passing (1 minute x 4 times)

2 touches then 1 touch
