Organization: Have different colors cones inside a grid. All players will have a ball at thier feet. Depending on the numbers you could have 1 or 2 teams
Instructions: All players have a ball. All players will run through the different gates and score points. This exercise will go for 2 minutes with different progressions. Such as dribbling with the outside/inside and lace.
Coaching Points:
-close dribbling
-every step will be a touch on the ball
-touch the ball with any part of the foot (inside, outside, laces)
-field awareness such as vision of opponents, open spaces.

Organization: All players have a ball. Have multipe cones that are gates within the grid. Have an aread of just cones for players to avoid
Instructions: Player will dribble to all the gates while avoiding each other. Each time a player goes through a gate they have to perform a single scissor. The second progression the players will go ahead a do a double scissor
Coaching Points:
-dribbling movement
-change of directions
-dirbbling with the inside, outside ot lace.
-field awareness of where the gates are and players
-change of direction with the scissor, use the outside of the foot to push the ball away.
-Arm movement to give balance
Progressions: A soon as the player passes the gate, the players have to do a move such as the scissor or cruyff

Organization: 2v2 +1 neutral with small goals
Instructions: players will play a 2v2 +1 going at goal. Players will use the each other to pass the ball and to support plays. Also players will be encourage to use the single and double scissor move to get away from pressure. They will also recognize when to use a move to make space.
Coaching Points:
- observe players do thesingle/double scissor to get out of space
-dribbling into space
-close control of the ball
-passing accuracy
-body angles to receive the ball
-support plays attack/defense
-2v2 /1v1 or 2v1 situations
