Instructions:
On coaches command first player in line will dribble down to opposite line and perform the U turn move, then dribble back to the line stop it for her teammate turn. then go to the end of the line.

-Head up.
-Timing of move.
-Quality on execution.

2 pugg goals
2 teams, even numbers on opposite sides.
Instructions:
On coaches command first player in defender line will pass it across to the attacking side, first player on attacking side will receive and attack any of the pugg goals. If defender wins ball back, will try to score on any pugg goal.
Coaching Points/Questions:
-Recognize when to dribble like "Messi" or "Ronaldo".
-Head up.
-Decision making.
-Can you perform the practice move?
Regressions/Progressions:
R: Assign pugg goal to the attacking and defender side.
P: 10 seconds time out.

SAQ WARM UP (15 mins)
Organization:
15x10 yard area.
Two lines of equal number.
Instructions:
1. Dynamic stretches and coordination (5 minutes).
2. Races with the following rules:
- One ball per team. 4 players per team.
- Dribble until the first cone and back to the origin, second cone and back to the origin, and third cone and pass to the following player. If the ball goes out of the channel, the team freeze for 10 seconds.
- Race finishes once last player stops the ball on the line after the pass.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Identify when to accelerate and when to slow down.
- Head up all the time to identify the turning point.
- Small touches when close to the goal, long touches when far.
- What part of the foot may I use to dribble faster?
- What part of the foot may I use to turn faster?
- What part of the foot may I use when looking for passing accuracy?
