Essence:
Learning to read the D while taking in scorings positions.
Structure:
A passes to either B or C. The player that receives the ball hs to pass the line of the first mannequin. After that the 3vs2 is free. At the moment A passes the ball; the defenders can start from the penalty dot. The 3vs2 will be played untill the ball is in the goal, a foul has been made or the ball is outside of the D.
Pointers:
1. Attackers take in the scorings positions. (90 degrees/penalty dot & second post)
2. You can switch to make it difficult for the defenders.
3. First task is quickly pass the mannequin to be able to play free.
Variation:
Let the defenders & attackers start at different angle and positions to increase or decrease the level!
