Set Up
3 players per group. Cones 12 yards apart. Serving player on each cone with third player in the center. 15 min/switch player every minute
Progression
Center player checks in to server 1, controls ball & passes back, then turns and moves to server 2 and repeats. Start with rolling balls, progress to thigh balls, chest balls, headers, then long bouncing balls getting body over the top of balls

Shooting & Finishing (15 min). Right side 7.5 min/Left side 7.5 min
Player 1 plays driven ball to player 2 and follows pass.
Player 2 makes a wall pass to player 3, makes run towards the edge of the 18 and finishes 1st touch. Shooter chases ball, sends it to station 1 and goes to station 3 for wall pass, then moves to station 1.
Coaching Points: Head down over the ball, land on shooting foot, follow shot into triangle markers

5v5+4 w/Single Goal (15 min)
5v5 w/4 sideline neutrals & GK. Red Team attacks Right side of goal as Blue team attacks the left side. 2 min or 2 goals.
Variation 1: 5 connected passes prior to shooting
Variation 2: 5 connected passes in attacking half prior to shooting
Coaching Points: Switch the point of attack, play away from pressure, head on a swivel, connected balls

4v4 Attacking/Defending (15 min)
Blue team starts attack as red team steps in to defend. Upon scoring/loosing the ball, the blue team move to opposite side to defend as the green teams starts their attack. Red team sets up at opposite endline for green to defend. Attack starts once defending team reaches cones or 3 seconds.
Variation 1: Connect 5 passes before shooting
Variation 2: Each player has to touch the ball before shooting
Variation 3: No restrictions
Coaching Points: Transition from attacking to defending to win ball back quickly. Look for penetrating runs and balls. Keep Shape.

6 v 6 No Restrictions (15 min)
2 minutes or 2 goals switch groups
Coaching Points: Keeping posession is priority, keep heads up and on a swivel, positive movement
