Organization:
Split in 2 teams, teams split in two (As shown). One group per corner (2 from one team, 2 from the other).
2 sets of gates in each corner of the field.
One group on each team gets a pile of soccer balls.
Instructions:
First player in blue group with balls goes through either gate and receives pass from next blue player in line. They receive and attack opposite white player trying to score in either gate.
If defender wins the ball, they can try to score on either gate in opposite corner.
As soon as a point is scored or the ball goes out of play, the other attacking group will go right away and do the same.
ROTATION: Attack-defend-attack-defend.
Coaching Points:
Drive at defender with speed.
Commit defender to center to maintain 2 options to attack.
Weight of touch (Bigger touch to entice defender to commit vs smaller touch to maintain close control).
Moves with pressure from the front.
Progressions:
Instead of alternating blue attack/white attack, whichever team has possession will start next attack. E.g. if blue scores, white will start w/ball. If balls goes off of white, blue will start w/ball.
*Note: Players must make sure they have at least 1 player in their attacking and defending line. May have to move between lines to be ready to attack or defend.
Regressions:
Both attackers and defenders have a ball.
Defender can only stop attacker by hittng the attacker's ball with their own ball.
If defender hits attacker's ball then play is done and next two players go.

Organization:
Regular game set up.
"Scoring zones" in front of each goal (6-10 yards from endline).
1 ball.
Instructions:
Regular game - 2v2, 3v3, or 4v4. Play short (90 second - 3 min max) games to keep intensity high and encourage risk-taking (3 pts for win, 1 for tie, 0 for loss).
Every time ball goes out of play, team that is out of possession must run and touch their own goal before returning to play. Team in possession must pass into a teammate (From the point where the ball went out) and then are free to attack.
Points within each game
1 point if players can get into "scoring zone" with control of the ball.
1 point for a goal outside of the scoring zone.
2 points for a goal scored inside the scoring zone.
Coaching Points:
(See previous coaching points).
Recognize space in behind - look to get into attacking zones as often as possible.
Regressions:
Limit # of players who can be in each half of the field at a time.
Progressions:
Automatic win for a goal scored inside the scoring zone. New game starts.

Instructions:
On coach's command, all players must attempt to dribble from one side of the field to the other without hitting any other players.
Try to get to other side as quickly as possible.
Coaching Points:
Control first, then quickness.
Small touches when space is limited, bigger touches when space is available.
Head up after every touch.
