SETUP:
Area size 20x20
2v2 in the middle and try to get the ball acroos the the opposite end man as early as possible.
PROGRESSION:
Develop into 3v3 and 4v4 in the middle area.
COACHING POINTS:
Identify the end man early by looking over your shoulder
Open up the body to play on the half turn.
Type of pass to the outside player.

SETUP:
7v7
2v1 in the end zones, 3v3 in the middle zones with GK in each goal.
Once the ball is played in the middle zone 1 defender can join in to form an overlaod.
Once the ball is played in to the attack, 2 midfielders can join in to form an overload with the attacker.
PROGRESSION(S):
Take away the zone to play an open match
COACHING POINTS:
Turn early to play forward
Create space to receive thew ball

Alternate the colour who recieve the ball from the outside playonce the ball has been passed to the outside player.
