-blue's team objective is to score on main goal
-red team's objective is to win ball back and pass into one of the side goals
-defender passes ball out to midfielders
-chasing midfielder can only begin once blue has touched the ball
-can use keeper to play out if we regain possession. do not get a change to play out if offense got a shot on goal
keys - protecting the middle of the field, staying compact even when players are wide, stepping to put pressure and forming triangle in behind, communication and organization, recovering back into organized line if we step out but don't win it
