SET UP: 8 Players per zone - make area according to skill set, ( make zone 25 m long and 10 y wide, with a 3 y channel in centre of zone 'green lines'. 2 players in Red are defending 4 players in BLUE are outside the marked zone and must not enter during the practice.
AIM: to keep the ball, moving it from end to end directional, while using outside bouncers to keep the ball
HOW: Play starts from outside Blue player (3) AND GIVES BALL INTO 1 ZONE where it becomes a 3 v 2 situation with Blue A keeping the ball by using Outsid eplayers (2,3 4), Player B in Blue stays in central Zone - Once the ball gets to Player B ibnn central zone , play can then go in next direction towards Player 1. Players A then goes into central zone and players 2 & 3, asssit player B in a 3 v 2 situation as the red defenders try to win ball.
COACHING POINTS: Scanning, good 1st touch, player movemetn OFFthe ball, where is the NEXT pass, communication
PROGRESSION: When defnding team win ball, make game continue and players transition quickly.

Set Up: 20x30 grid 2 small goals.
Descritpion:
-Make as many grids as necessary
- 2v2 + 1
-Players play in their own half of the area
- Try to combine to score
-One player from the team in possession can go forward to make 3v2 situation in attacking half, forward players cannot come back into defensive grid to defend.
Coaching Points;
1. communication
2. accurate weighted passes to feet or space
3. movement after the pass.
4. angle to recieve the ball
5. body position to recieve ball
6. moving forward to support the attack.

Organization: - (60x40)
- field divided in half (30x20) each area
- 6v6 or similar numbers in both areas
- two big goals + Gks
Instructions: Attackers cannot come back into defensive half, Defenders can go get involved in the attack if they pass the ball into attacking half, can gather extra numbers in attacking half to combine to score goals.
Coaching Points/Questions: - Fast speed of play to open up gaps to combine
- Looking to play forward every time but knowing the right moment
When to combine to go forward?
Regressions: - add neutral(s)
Progressions: - allow movement between zones after pass forward
