Progression: Improve build up in central area.
Principles:
- Make the space big - width, length and depth
- Vision to play forward/body profile
- Advance the ball
Counter Principles:
- Elimnate passing lines
- Make play predictable.
Objective of attacking team is to move the ball from one endline to the other but must play through the neutral player centrally to do so. If defending team regain the ball they can dribble across any endline to score.
1. Attract wide and then play centrally
2. Play centrally, then outside to get neutral behind
3. Neutral moves to the side and wide player advances
