Set Up -
One server - One defender working- 3 players on red cones. Server with six balls
Defender works for 6 attacks again, this time looking at defenders reactions.
Play starts with Server/Coach throwing ball against the mannequin. As the ball is thrown the attacking player facing the mannequin starts running to the ball, the defender must react and face attacking player in a 1v1.
As soon as the defenders wins ball or attacker shoots, the defenders goes to next mannequin for next ball from server.
Continue until defender has defended six times. Then rotate defenders.

Set Up -
2 reds and 2 blue players behind each goal.
Server has ball on side of pitch, pass into red player who looks to take on 1st blue defender, the red player looks to score, if he does score, the blue player behind the goal recieves the ball from his GK and looks to take on the red player who just attacked.
Keep playing for 4 minutes, then recover for 2minutes and repeat for another 4 minutes.

Play starts with Server/Coach throwing ball up for defender to head, as soon as he head ball, the attacking player facing the mannequin from where defender header goes to take on player in a 1v1.
As soon as the defenders wins ball or attacker shoots, the defenders goes to next mannequin for next header from server.
Continue until defender has defended six times. Then rotate defenders.
