Screen 1 (40 mins)
Organisation:
coned area ( shaded/red lines)
3x players on inside from each team ( if you have more players use them on the outside of the grid as overload, then swap them in after 2 minutes work)
2x wide men each end from different sides
1x striker (can use 2 if you wanted)
2x manequinns each end as defenders. ( can progress and use defenders)
1 keeper either end
Drill:
3v3 on the inside of the grid, (with overloaded players on outside if morer players available)
aim is to get 5 passes (using overload) and get the ball to the striker, 2x players from the grid release and the striker plays the ball back to the closest runner,
that player then passes the ball to the winger either side, who delivers the ball into the box (unapposed) with 4 players ( 2 from grid, opposite winger and striker) attacking the ball at all angles.
this example shows the blue team winning the ball and completing the drill.
