Set-Up:
- 3vs3 (neutral if needed)
- Balls start with the GK
- Pressing team defend the two mini goals
Instructions:
- GK roles the ball out to a blue triggering the red team to apply pressure
- Blues score in the mini-goals. red in the big goal.
Coaching Points:
- Pressure (decelerate)
- Don't allow the blues to play through
- Look for the triggers to win the ball. Backwards passes, turning, poor touch

Set-Up
- 6vs6 in the middle + 2 nuetrals and a GK
- 2 small nets in defensive half
- Posesession team defend the big goal.
Instructions:
- Ball starts with the GK who takes a goal kick. When the ball passed three blue defenders pressure the ball
- Three reds look to break the press and attack the mini goals. If the blue regain possession the field is unlocked for free play.
Coaching Points:
- If one player pressures what do the two teammates do? Do they provide cover? Balance to cut off switching the fields.

- 4 players on each cone
- 1 ball
- Cones 12 yards apart
Instructions
- 1 plays to 2 and moves to the cone to the left
- As the ball travels 4 presses the ball but cannot win it
- As two receieves the ball they will pass to 3 who is then pressed from the next player at cone 1
Coaching Points
- Pressing should be fast and reactionary
- Passes need to be quick and accurate
- Communication is important
