Set-Up:
- 2-3 players on each side of the goal
- 1-2 players half way on the outside.
- Each team has a permanent striker
- Balls start behind the goal
Instructions:
- Blue start with the ball and find their forward player or wide player.
- Three red defenders come out to make it 4vs3
- If a red player wins the ball their wide player their striker can join in.
Coaching Points:
- Speed of play
- Does the wide player look to run in behind?
- Do players take shooting opportunities?

- 6vs6 (if more players small sided)
- Balls in goals
- 2 Pugg nets
Instructions:
- The aim of the match is to replicate skills attained in earlier parts of the practice.
- Each team can choose a magic player who iwll end the game if they score
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Look to counter attack if possesson is regained in own half
- Movement of 2nd and 3rd attackers when on the counter

Set-Up:
- 1 square per player 5x5
- 1 ball per pair
Instructions:
- Players play the ball to their opponent at varying speeds and heights forcing the other player to control a difficult ball.
- If the receiving player controls the ball within the square they get a point.
- A touch that takes the player out of the square results in a point awarded to the serving player.
Coaching Points:
- What body part or surface of the foot will a player use
- Judge the bounce, speed and flight of the ball.
