Orgnization:
- 2 seperate 1v1s inside the organization
- 4 targets around the organization (2 balls)
- Attacking player recieves the ball from target and must find another available target
Progression:
-When the defender wins the ball they become the attacker
- Targets can not play eachother
- Can not play back to the target that played you the ball
- Third man run using targets
Coaching Points:
- Seperate from the defender
- Orientation of first touch in relation to defender
- Movement off te ball to create and use space

Organization:
- 4v2 to goal with 6/8/10/9 at top of box
- 7/11 in wide areas
- 6 recieves the ball from wide players
- 9/10/8/6 move to create space in order to go to goal
Progressions:
- 6 must play into 9 in order to attack goal
- 6 can play either 9/ 10 or 8 to attack goal
- If there is no solution central 9/10/8/6 can play ball wide and recieve a cross
- 7/11 can choose to cross or shoot.
Coaching Points:
- Pass or Dribble
- Orientation of first touch in relation to pressure
- Decision making in relation to space/ time, position of defender, and type of pass recieved
- Direction/ Location of the pass (pass should send a message)
- Top foot (turn/ play other direction)
- Near foot (play back fast/ 1 touch)
- Speed/ Weight of pass
- Slow (1 touch)
- Fast ( 2 touch)
