Description :
> 6v3+1 ( target player).
> 5x5 target area. 25x25 possession area.
> objective is for the players is to keep possession inside the area until an opportunity to find the target player comes available. Players gain a point every time ball is controlled inside target area.
> there is no certain amount of passes to be made, allow the players to make their own decisons whether to find player or be patient & keep the ball.
> defenders objective is to win the ball back & complete 3 passes between themselves to gain a point.
> rotate defenders & target players every 4 minutes. ( 3 reps )
Progression :
> possession players can now gain a point from being patient. If target player is not available, can we make 10 passes to gain a point? Now we are getting players into habit of not forcing the ball forward.
> defenders will now have goals placed around the field, they can gain a point by scoring into any goal.
Coaching Points :
> movement off the ball to create passing angles.
> communication to demand the ball.
> wall passes - how can we drag defenders out of our passing lane?
> bravery - can we take the ball under pressure?
> trust - can we give the ball our teammates when they ask for it?

Description :
> 10v10.
> 2 GKs, 2v1 in attacking zone.
> 6v6 in middle.
> conditioned game. ( similar objectives as activity 1 )
> players in the middle zone must look to keep possession until either one of the target players in the attacking zone become available. Players do not have set amount of passes to find target player.
> once ball enters the attacking zone, the defending side can collect a ball from either cone closest to the goal they are defending. This way they can start playing & counter quickly.
> rotate defender & attackers every 4 minutes.
Progression :
> 1st - looking to incorporate the aspect of starting again & being patient on the ball. Middle players can now gain a point if they complete a successful wall pass with their defender in the attacking zone. If nothing is on going forward - can we wall pass with defender & create a new angle to attack?
> 2nd - players can now complete 10 passes to get an extra point. Can we be patient on the ball?
Coaching Points :
> movement off the ball to create passing angles.
> communication to demand the ball.
> wall passes - how can we drag defenders out of our passing lane?
> bravery - can we take the ball under pressure?
> trust - can we give the ball our teammates when they ask for it?
