Passing Circle (10 mins)
Have players in a circle, sizes depends on numbers. Start with one ball and going anit-clockwise. Outside player starts with the ball and plays to the inside player. After passing to the inside player the outside player over laps the inside player to take thier spot. After the inside player passes to the next outside player they take the spot on the outside. To develop the pattern be patient and allow 2 touches but once the players understand it becomes one touch and correct foot choice, the back foot. In this case outside player is right foot and inside player is left foot. Repeat going the opposite way to change the back foot.
Add additional balls to see how many the team can keep going.
Team must be focused, correct foot choice becomes automatic, over lap should become automatic
