Two bounce boards are set up X distance apart, when the player receives the ball from the bounce board they receive with an open body and their back foot to set their next pass against the other bounce board to then readjust their body position.
This can also be done using a wall.

Player is set up with a cone and a bounce board. They begin by striking the ball against the board with their left foot then as the ball returns from the board they open their body to take their first touch across the cone with their right foot and then strike with their right foot.
This can be done with the cone as an obstruction and the bounce board as a wall.

The player sets up three different colour areas opposite a bounce board or a wall. The player must only play with two touches and when the ball rebounds off the target they must take their first touch into one of the three areas. Once they have taken their touch into the area, they have one touch remaining to strike the ball against the wall from inside the area.
Progress to add more target areas to challenge the range of their touch and pass.

The player is stood in the 5 x 5m area with the serving player passing two different types of passes into the player; driven on the ground and aerially. The player has 1/2 touches to receive the ball and stop it in the area. If the player achieves this with the two passes then the server moves back to the next point.
Progress this further by making the area in whicht the player is receiving smaller.

The player starts by receiving a ball from the facilitator and with their first touch they open their hips and strike a ball towards the bounce wall. When the ball returns they must take their first touch out of the square; in any direction, and then return a pass to the facilitator before resetting their starting position. You can progress this activity by striking a ball in the direction that the player will take their first touch after it returns from the bounce wall, this will also challenge their scanning and agility to readjust their body position and first touch.

The player starts in a 5 x 5m area with four different coloured cones at each corner of the box. The facilitator calls a colour which the player must move around and then receive the ball and play back. This verbal command can then be that the player must take their first touch in the direction of that colour before returning the ball. You can then progress the verbal commands further by detailing what the player must do with their first touch; for example, you can introduce "bounce" where the player must play back with one touch, or "control" + colour for when the player must adjust their first touch towards that colour.

First Touch 1 (10 mins)
A receiving square is organised centrally to the targets set up around the outside of the area. The ball is played into the player who's first touch must set their next action to finish/hit the target.
The goals can be replaced with small cones or targets to challenge the accuracy of the next action. Also change the delivery of the ball, the ball can be played aerially for the player to secure their first touch in the area before then moving outside to strike the ball. The player can do this themselves by juggling then kicking the ball above their head.
