Goalkeepers warm up and stretch so they are ready to work at maximum effort for 10 mins.
GK starts beside Cone and on Coaches call sprints to 1 and then back around the cone then to 2 and back to cone then to 3 and back to cone and then to 4 and then back to cone.
Start point is 6 yd box Balls are positioned in line with the penalty spot.
Coach times each GKs sprint and they will repeat 3 times and an average score will be taken - 1 minute rest between each set of sprints.
