4v2 keep away. Player that gives the ball away becomes the defender.

Move on to a 7v5 in a 20x20 yard area.

Area 22x40 yards (Split field into 3 areas with 3:2:3 ratio).

Rules and Conditions
3 Teams. Defending team starts in the middle area. Teams in the end zones are to try and work the ball into the opposite end zone. Defenders are to try and win the ball back. Team that loses possession become defending team.

Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
