Set Up: 35*25 grid - split into three vertical zones. Additional balls along the outside. Two target goals on each end line.
Players: 4v4+1 neutral; adjust according to numbers. 3v3+1 with each team having a supporting player between the mini goals, who are also target players.
Description: Teams combine to score on target goals (pass through to supporting player). Play resumes with possession for the other team. Condition: players are limited to two touches in the middle zone. Unlimited touches along the flanks. Restart with kick ins from the supporting player for the team that did not touch the ball last. The supporting player joins the attack when their team is in possession. The neutral player in the middle support the team in possession.
Progression: Both supporting players join the attack.
Questions:
When can I/should I switch the play?
Can I penetrate? When, where, how, why?
Support/Width - when, where why?
Creativity/Improvisation - create 2v1s, wall pass, overlaps, etc. When, where to check.

Set Up: 45*30 grid, split into six 15*15 smaller grids. Three balls.
Players: All players (including GKs if available), split into three teams.
Description: Depending on numbers, each team plays 3v1 or 4v1. Each team sends one defender into another zone. Objective is to complete three passes and move clockwise into the next zone. Teams travel as a group (including the defender). Designate a team as the "rabbit" eg. Red. Blue or Yellow earn a point if they can catch Red. Rotate defenders after a full cycle around the grid. Blue and Yellow become the "rabbit" next.

Set Up: Quarter field at Pine Glen. Balls along the outside.
Players: 3 teams of 5 players (one team will have a subsitute). 5 outfield and 1 goalkeeper for each team on field. Two active teams; third team rests.
Description: Play 6v6 (including GK) - King's / Queen's court. All regular rules apply, including retreat line. Team that scores stays and quickly attacks the other way (after scoring). Resting team jumps on the field to defend. Team that got scored on leaves the field.
Key Factors:
All coaching points from the session - focus on angles and distance of support. Also look for good overall shape, support and mobility. Speed of play is key and recognizing attacking cues.
