Recovery Session:
Before this session we will do warm up with a good proper stretch that will last about 15 minutes to 20 minutes in order to get the muscles relaxed and stretched using pnf strategies.
A: Warm up Jog
1 - Using a soccer ball foam roll the: 2- After rolling:
1. Calves -Jog to warm up again
2. Hamstring High Kicks
3. IT Band Squats
4. Quads Trunk Twist Kicks
5. Glutes Balance Steps
6. Lats Russian Kicks
7. Upper Back Zig Zag Skips (front and backwards)

B:
1- long steps very slow 2- Side steps over the hurdle 3- Side walk thru cones arms
cone to cone and then slow jog very slow with hands in the air in the air and then walk to cone
from ball to ball zig zag. then small jump to every cone shuffle and sprint.
and jog to end.
