Set up is two teams 10 red v 6 blues
5v2 in the 1st 1/3
Leaving 4 blues to block the through ball to the final 1/3 to the 5 players.
Encourage 2 reds to show and become available for the 1st 1/3 to link play up.
Take away all ristrictions of numbers of passes to transfer the ball but impose only 2 reds in the middle 1/3
