1. Receiving on the correct foot

3. Movement prior to receiving the ball, creating space
4. Scanning prior to recieving the ball

6. Speed and accuracy of the pass
Progression
1. Replace the mannequins with real players, firstly passive defending , then contact
2. Can progress to a finishing session with the addition of a goalkeeper
3. Passing setup is realistic in terms of positions and direction to the goal
