Instructions:

• A plays to B who checks forward to receive. 1v1 in first zone. B enters attacking 1/3 to make 2v1 with C. Defenders can only defend their zone. The moment each rep is done, players rotate and start next attack quickly. A do not wait for defenders to be ready so B feels pressure at different speeds/directions.
  
• If defenders win possession score on the small goals.
  
• Sets of 4 mins
