Whistle 1 – both defenders race out to pressure
their mannequin.
Whistle 2 – both defenders show their mannequin
towards their team mate.
Whistle 3 – the attackers dribble into the pitch and
the defenders react. The nearest defender should
pressure and show towards their team mate while
the second defender takes up a support position.

- Attackers have 5 balls to attack with and can use them in any order they want
- Once a goal is scored or the ball goes out of play then attackers start again with another ball
- If defenders win the ball back then they can score by dribbling into the shaded area
- Change roles after 5 balls have been used
