Arrival activity: Pitch marked out with small goals each end. Each player has a ball.

Players are assigned onto pitches as they arrive, a move between their goals dribbling & scoring into each goal.

Set Up: Large area outside of area a goal with balls facing, each player has a hoop that they are in middle of & carry around to act as their car. Select 1 player to be tagger, players drive their cars around & avoid being tagged by player, to be safe they run & stand on a spot. Every time defender tags a player they run to where balls are & shoot at goal. Rotate taggers.

Progressions: Players on sport stand on one leg.

Players hop on spot

Players tagged become defenders.

Set Up: Area with a goal at each end, players in teams, put a Def from each team in opposite area. 1 player at a time attempts to dodge def & enter scoring zone to shoot at goal, if def tags attacker they return without shooting. Once tagged or scored they return quickly to team & next player goes.
