Organization:
Passing Square. Set up as above
Instructions:
Players pass ball around cones, following their pass each time.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of pass (accuracy, weight, texture)
- Movement to check off cone (timing, sharpness)
- First touch to open up
- Communication
- Movement to follow pass
Progressions:
1 - Change direction
2 - Pass, set, pass forward to next player in process
3 - Competition between the groups

Organization:
1. 40x30 grid set up as shown
2. Two teams of 6. 4v4 with two players of each team in end zones, as shown.
3. Pugs goals are for progession
Instructions:
1. Players will pass amongst their team trying to make their way to their teammate standing in the endzone.
2. Player A will pass the ball into the endzone to Player B.
3. Player B will receive the ball and dribble out of the endzone.
4. Player A will then take the place of Player B.
5. Teams must complete 2 passes before going to the same endzone again
6. First team to replace 5 players wins the round.
Coaching Points:
1. Angle of approach – Specific technique being coached

Progressions:
1. Teams can play to the pug goal to score once they have switched one player from the corner boxes. Must switch out a player before a goal can be scored.
Warm Up (15 mins)

30 by 20 area
12 players, 6 inside and 6 outside
6 balls
Instructions:
player must recieve a pass from the outside servers then pass back and rotate to a different server and complete the same action with the new server.

Progressions:
the players can now recieve a pace from an outside server and dribble the ball to an open server to complete a pass.
add in defender to try and stop the passessbeing completed to the server.
