Instructions:
Players to pass the ball to each other on the outside of the triangle(ball has to be on the outside all the time and cannot touch a cone or can not go through the middle of triangle) Two touches (receive and pass) is a MUST!!!
Switch directions of play!

2 pugg goals situated 3 yards past the end line
Instructions:
4v2 in each half
play 5 passes inside the half before transferring the ball to the other half
once the ball in transferred 2 attackers join the other half and on of the defenders join the other half to play 4v2 in it
for every successful transfer attackers get a point
if defenders win the ball they attempt to score the pugg goal
