Players are lined up in three lines as shown with a Goal keeper.
Player A passes a longer ball along the ground to player C who shoots first time with power.
As soon as the shot is taken player B passes a shorter pass to the oncoming player C who uses finesse and accuracy to place the ball into the goal.
Players rotate A to B to C to A.
Coaches focus on proper technique. Players shiould use their 'laces' to strike the Power shot and the inside of the foot for the Finesse.
The Finesse shot should be a firm pass to an open corner of the goal.

The coach delivers balls into the field at different heights and speeds. Players are encouraged to get to the ball first and strike a ball at goal/
The field is crowded and the time on the ball is dramatically decreased. Players should shoot when they have the smallest of openings.
