If defending player wins ball (or attacking player kick ball out), players switch roles.
- Attacking players must take 2 touches (2 touch max).

ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS:
Team aims to find Target player before scoring in mini goal.
- Make it / Take it.
Team in possession can use Target player to play out / Targets must play 1 touch.

2. How do we receive the ball? (ABC's - ANGLE of support / BODY shape when receiving / CHECK shoulder).
3. What is your first look? (forwards - can defenders play entry ball into Target / or midfield players).

TOTAL PLAYERS: 13 (7v6).
Blue team formation: GK-4-2-2 / Red team formation: 2-3-3
TIME: 20 Minutes. Ratio: 8 minutes / 2 minute (x2)
ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS:
Red team score 1 point in mini goals / 2 points if they find the Target player.
Blue team score in large goal.
Target player must stay in highlighted area / Target player can play 2-touch for Blue team.
PROGRESSIONS:
Flags represent the pressing line. Alter the blue teams line of confrontation.
NOTES: Ensure defending team is defending properly.
1. All players force centrally /or force out.
2. Press high /or drop off (refer to flags / line of confrontation).

Warm-Up
Dynamic Warm-up: Players perform sport specific movements to prepare the body for activity (increase blood flow and muscle temperature).
Passing Lines: Players pass / receive ball in groups of 4/5. - Follow pass.
1) Receiving and pass with inside of same foot (Two touch).
2) Receive and pass with opposite foot. (Two touch).
3) Receive with inside, touch with outside & pass (all with same foot -3 touches)
4) Receive - roll across + pass.
Receiving / Turning:
A: Player creates angle, receives on back foot & passes (next player repeates).
B: Player creates angle, perform turn & passes (next player repeates).
1v1 / Ball Mastery: Players dribble towards each other, perform move (to right), dribble / take-over with next player in line. (4/5 times - then perform action to left).
1) Double touch - Opposite feet (inside / inside).
2) Double touch - Same foot (inside / outside).
3) Roll over (using sole of foot).
4) Scissors.
