2v2 to 4v2 when D wins ball

Set up: Two teams of 8 or more. Two goals with GKers. ~ field size of 35-50 m x 35-40 m.

Instructions: Play 2v2 transition rules with the following additions:

1. If the D wins the ball, not only can they keep it and go to goal, but

2. Two additional players can join to make it 4v2

3. Once that attack is done, the two additional players become the defenders,

4. The original 4 that were playing leave and

5. Two new players step out to begine the attack

6. The ball always starts with the team that did not initiate the last attack
