Shooting w/ Pressure Progression:
1) Set-up: Have cones roughly 10 yards apart as shown in diagram. Line closest to goal starts with the ball. Once player is done shooting they become chaser on opposite end.
A passes to B and receives ball back. A receives hips open and takes touch toward goal to get a shot off. Player B is pressuring from behind to prevent a shot from happening. Player B goes to Player A' line. Player A goes to back of line of opposite side.
2) Set-up: Same as 1 but now Player A passes ball to player B and defends a 1v1. Emphasis can be on either. Since we have talked about how to defend and attack individually you can make coaching points as you see fit.

Positional Play Half Vertical Side (20 mins)
Positional Play: 5 v 4 Game to goal
4, 6, 10, 7/11, & 2/3 vs. 3 central players and 1 defender
# team gets 1 point if they connect 10 passes
Progression:
1) 5v3 possession + transition game - if the 3 win it they can dribble out for 1 pt.
2) 5v3+1 to Goal now. Once a player breaks a line centrally then it's a live 2v1 game. Black defender can only leave white 18 line once player has dribbled accross yellow line.
3) Play is initiated when 4/5 takes a touch forward
Player actions:
- Mobility of 6, 10 & 2 off each other. If 4 is more central than 6 can pull wide, 2 can move higher and/or more inside
- if 4 takes a touch wider than 6 needs to give more of an angle
- once line is broken, 7 & 11 need to work on that bending run down the line.
