Organization:
- 10 x 10 grid
- 1 ball per group
Instructions:
- players will be spread apart by at least 8 yards
- one player will pass the ball to the attacking player
- once ball is passed the defending player will work on the proper defensive technique and shadow the player back to where he first passed the ball
Coaching Points:
1. Close down quickly
2. Slow down as you approach the attacker (speed of aproach)
4. Anticipate what the attacker is going to do
5. Defend in an angle
6. Push to direct the offensive player to use their weak foot or to an area of choice
Progressions:
Attackers try to turn and break pass the white line
Defenders want to prevent that.

-12 x 12 area
- 4 corner goal areas
Instructions:
- Player B passes the ball to player A
- Player A dribbles the ball and tries to score in the zone
- Player B try to steal the ball and counter on to the other goals
- If player B steals it passed the half way line and score they get 3 ppoints
-If payer B teals it in their half of the field and score they get 1 point
Coaching Points:

Instructions:
To win players must touch opposite players knee.
30 second battle.
Winner play each others.
Coaching Points:
Balance your self on the ball of your foot.
Knee bent leaning forward.
Try to match opposite players knee before engaging.
