Small Sided Games (20 mins)

Small Sided Games

Players assigned to pitches as they arrive and told to just start playing (fill first pitch, then second pitch, then third pitch as they arrive) - Max 4v4, each pitch bibs v non-bibs

Let players decide their positions (no coach input)

Pitches with 7's goals can have keepers

Once pitches filled play 5 minute games and rotate the bibbed teams

Turn the defender (20 mins)

Turning the defender inside out

2 teams A and B. Team A has 1 ball and team B all players have a ball

Player A dribbles out to centre marker, turns and passes back to next player

As soon as pass is played player B dribbles on to park and create a 1v1

First team to 5 goals wins and teams then swap roles

Can advance this by choosing a turn player A has to do and/or progress to 2v2

Small Sided Games - Tick, Tick Boom!

Same set up as games at the start but 5 teams need to be bibbed First team to get 3 goals ends all games then teams rotate (Team A stays where they are, all others rotate clockwise)

Whenever a player scores they shout TICK, Player who scores the third goal shouts BOOM!
