Showing players when to create numbers up, how to create numbers up, the importance of why we need to create an overload in the final 3rd and where to exploit the attack.

Set up:
1 to 2 to 3 to 4 to 5 to 6. 6 dribbles to the top of the 18, 7 reads the cue of the player coming in field and overlaps. 6 plays 7 the ball and 7 crosses for 3 to shoot. After exericse players move to their next cone (where they passed too) 7 joins back of line.
Objective:
To bring fullback into final 3rd with overlapping run
Progression: Both sides. Add back four and add more attackers into box.
Coaching points:
Weight of pass / cross
Timing of runs
Quality of pass, cross and shot

Set up:
Two teams set up in a 1-4-2-2 formation.. (3 at the back if less numbers)
Objective:
To score by pushing players up in each unit and establishing numbers up in attack. To progress into each unit the team must send a minimum of 1 player into the next zone and be involved in the player.
Coaching points:
* Read cues of when to push on
*Under reward vs risk (if we loose possession can we still defend)
* Timing of movement off the ball
* Communication at key moments
