Organization: 20x20 yd grid
Coach/player plays ball in and players play 2v2+2 to small goals
Rotate players after ball exits

Organization:
The 3 keep away from the 1. When the 1 wins it they play out to their teammates. The three then repress the now 5 in possession in an effort to win the ball back and restart in the 3v1 grid (progress to going to goal)
