How to Play
Reds make a minimum of 3 passes before trying to pass into the next zone.
Blues try to disrupt play (keep it among themselves if they win it cleanly).
Work the ball from end to end, via the middle zone as quickly as possible.

Speed of passing.
Movement off and ahead of the ball.
Body shape when receiving (can you play forward?).
Progression
Remove 3 pass restriction.

Players organised so that 2 are resting, 2 deep, 2 high.
How to Play
Red team GK rolls the ball out to the defenders (Blue forwards are passive).
Reds must play into their strikers quickly, then support the attack (4v2), Blue defenders must defend aggressively.
If Blues win the ball they can play into their forwards and support. (Maximum of one attack in each direction, per "play".
When the "play" is over (2 Attacks or a shot at goal) forward players leave the pitch to the "rest" position and other players move up one position.

Progressions
Attacking players increase pressure on initial pass.
Play to a natural finish (goal or ball out of play).
