Organization: 2v2+1 to small goals. 12x18 field.
Instructions:
- Kick ins from the side. No corners.
- 5 minute games then switch neutrals.

Organization: 25x18 field with 4 small goals (or gates) along the end lines. Extra balls on the end lines. 5v5, if we're short a player then one team plays down a man and starts up 1-0.
Instructions: 4-goal game. All restarts are from the back. 7 minute games. Make losing team do pushups so it's competitive. Run it on two fields, for the second round winning teams play each other.

- quick decisions on winning the ball back:
- - 1st defender: can I go forward? switch? or drop it back to possess?
- - 2nd/3rd defenders: reaction to open up and receive

Double rondo (20 mins)
Organization: 10x16 area divided into two 8x10s. Two teams of 5. Balls on the side with coach.
Description: Coach passes to one side, other team sends in two defenders for 5 v 2. Seven consecutve passes = 1 pt. If defenders win ball they play back to their own area to attack. Play is continuous. If ball goes out coach serves in a new ball. Teams should rotate defenders each time.
Optional: Send in a 3rd defender after attackers score.
Optional: Bonus point if attackers split the defenders.

- quick thinking to find outlets on winning the ball back
