4 Corners dribbling technique

Four 15 x 15 squares

Every players with a ball in a 15 x 15 square. Players in opposite corners do the Inside turn and other players do the Scissors move. Each square is numbered and when coach calls out a number players must move that many squares, last team in does 5 dilly bars

3v3 end zone

Set Up: 30y x 20y field, four teams of 3 field players supply of balls, 2 5x20 end zones, cones

Instructions: 3v3 2 teams at a time in the middle section rotating in. look for opportunities to create space to dribble the ball into the end zone to score a point.

Key Factors 1) timing 2) making runs into space 3) losing marker 4) constant movement 5) patience

Progression: player cannot enter the end zone until the ball is passed
