Warm-Up Exercise
Organization:
- 15 x 20 yards with 5 yard boxes within (must stay in your team's row, cannot tackle)
- 3 teams of 4 players
- Team on outside: 2 touch, 2 seconds, must move ball quickly and try to penetrate with a pass on the ground to the opposite outside team - if outside team passes the ball out of bounds or in the air, they become the middle team.
- Team in Middle: try to prevent the through ball and keep possession; 2 points if penetrated centrally, 1 point if penetrated outside/wings
- First team to get 5 points loses
- 10 minutes
