Instructions:
- The lonely chain (initial tagger) has to try and tag other players to make one big chain
- The other players (links) have to run away from the lonely chain so they don't become part of the big one
- Once tagged, the single link has to join the big chain (hold pinnie instead of holding hands)
- The chain can be no longer than 3 links (3-links going to 4-links...you make 2 2-link chains)
Coaching Points:
- Use changes of speed and direction to get away from the chain
- Don't get trapped in a corner
Progressions:
- Add ball for the links
- Links join the chain when chain steals ball and scores in any goal while still connected as a chain

5 games of 4:00 minutes each with 1:00 minute rest in between
Coaching Points:
Avoid getting ball stolen by the Defender.
Look for, and sprint into the open space.
Try to feint and change direction against the Defender.

- Start with ball in hands to begin the juggle, try to progress to lifting the ball
